Sewer connections - $100.00 which in an additional charge to the lateral at the curbside. If the sewer connection is made to a sewer main then there is a charge of $1,000.00 for the same. These fees will be the same if replacement is needed at these locations.

Street Openings Permits
Require 4 inches of crushed stone, 4 inches of concrete, and 2 inches of hot black top sealed at the seams with hot tar. Alternative method is 8 inches of B.C.B.C,2 inches of hot black top, sealed at the seams with hot tar. Fee is $60.00 per square yard for first 3 square yards, $30.00 per square yard for each additional square yard, and must be maintained for one year after completion of work.

Subdivision & Land Development Review Fees
All applications submitted for a proposed subdivision shall, at the time of submission and in addition to the application fee, pay a fee to establish an Escrow Account, from which shall costs of review of the plans by the Borough Engineer will be paid. The Borough shall bill to the applicants for payment, any costs which shall exceed the aforementioned Escrow Account's initial balance.
Schedule of Minimum Review Fees
Where public improvements are provided, the minimum fee shall be $400.00
Where no public improvements are provided, the minimum filing fee shall be $400.00
Review of Commercial/Industrial Office Plans involving only one building or land parcel shall be $400.00
